Makowski Fighting Championship is a Polish kickboxing and muay thai organization founded in December 2009 in Nowa Sól. For 16 years we have been uncompromising about one thing: fighters come first. Not celebrities. Not influencers. Not scripted rivalries. Real athletes with records, belts, and years of training behind them.
MFC is the only Polish kickboxing organization for which fighters from 24 countries have competed.

Tomasz "Maku" Makowski
Nine-time professional world champion in K-1 and muay thai (WKN, WKA, WMF, IMC federations). European vice-champion in muay thai 2007. Bronze medalist at the World Full Contact Championships 2005. Fought professionally in Germany, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Australia and Thailand. Had a contract with the Dutch Glory organization.
Today he runs Maku Gym in Nowe Miasteczko and trains the strongest Polish team: Paweł Jędrzejczyk, Michał Szmajda, Michał Gołębiowski, and many others, including Michał Chudecki (sparring partner of Floyd Mayweather).

Dominant format on MFC. Boxing gloves, kicks, knees. No elbows. 3 rounds of 3 minutes; 5×3 for championship bouts.
Muay Thai
International title bouts sanctioned by WKN, WMF, and WKA. Full clinch, elbows, knees. Classic Thai rules.
Full Contact
Occasional bouts, e.g. professional Polish championship belt (PZKB Full Contact 91 kg on MFC 20).
Dawid Mora Memorial
The memorial galas are dedicated to Dawid Mora, a Maku Gym fighter. The first memorial took place on MFC 10 (24 September 2016). Since then we have hosted three editions, with more to come.
