§ 1. General provisions

Newsletter service is operated by Tomasz Makowski (MAX BOXING KLUB), organizer of MFC Makowski Fighting Championship ("Organizer"). Subscription is free and voluntary.

§ 2. Subscription

To subscribe: (1) provide valid email, (2) check the consent box, (3) click the confirmation link in the email sent to you (double opt-in). Your subscription is active after confirmation.

§ 3. Content

The newsletter contains: announcements of upcoming MFC events, fight card reveals, results and interviews.

§ 4. Unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe at any time by (1) clicking the unsubscribe link in every newsletter email, or (2) sending "unsubscribe" to [email protected]. Unsubscription is processed within 72 hours.

§ 5. Personal data

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy policy.

§ 6. Technical requirements

Active email address, email client able to read HTML messages.

§ 7. Complaints

Send to [email protected]. We respond within 14 days.
